We are located on the ground floor over at Plot No. 272/878 and 272/956. This is in Paika Nagar, specifically Unit 8. It is near the Khandagiri police station in Bhubaneswar. City Choice Estcon Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a bit now. It is a decent area. Khordha is home for most of us. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place to sit and work. We have a lot of files and some old desks. We do things our own way. Sometimes the traffic near Khandagiri is a mess, but we manage. We are not some big city firm with thousands of employees. It is just a few of us here. We handle property stuff and construction matters. People know us in Paika Nagar. We do not spend money on fancy ads. We would rather just do a good job on the actual sites. It gets dusty in the office sometimes because of the road work nearby. We do not mind. That is just how it is in Orissa. We handle the paperwork and meet with clients right here on the ground floor. It is simple and it works for us. City Choice Estcon Private Limited is just a local business trying to make things work. We do not have a grand story. We just show up and do the jobs that come our way.
