You can find us at 101, 'Brajapuri', which is on Plot No. N1/3 in the IRC Village area. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so most people don’t have much trouble finding the building. The Centre For Research In Regions Anddevelopment has been in this spot for a bit, and it’s a fairly comfortable place to spend the day. IRC Village has a nice mix of homes and small offices, so it never feels too crowded or too empty. Inside Brajapuri, our space is mostly taken up by maps, reports, and a few aging computers that have seen better days. We aren't really into the whole corporate look, so the furniture is a bit of a mix-and-match situation from over the years. It’s a quiet environment, which is good for when we need to dig into data or write up something long. Sometimes we spend the whole day just reading through stuff and barely say a word to each other. The balcony is a good spot to take a quick break and look at the street below. We get a fair amount of mail delivered here, and the postman knows us pretty well by now. There’s nothing particularly special about the office itself, it’s just a functional room where the work happens. We like being in this part of Bhubaneswar because everything you need is just a short walk away, which makes things easier for everyone.
