You can find Candlesai Developers over at Club Town Appt. We are in Flat No.607, Block-5. It’s right near Damana Square in Chandrasekharpur. It’s a pretty good location in Bhubaneswar. Khordha is a big district, but this area feels like its own little world sometimes. Our office is inside the apartment complex, so it’s fairly quiet compared to being right on the main road. We’ve been here for a while, working on different development projects across Orissa. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table with plans spread out. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do a lot of work in residential areas. Being based in an apartment complex ourselves actually makes sense. We see how people live and what they need in a home. Sometimes we go down to the square to grab a snack or meet people. It’s a nice mix of work and just being part of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be fancy. Our focus is just on getting the buildings right. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and materials every single day. It’s a lot of legwork. We like the routine of it. Most people who come to see us are looking for a place to stay or invest, and we just give them the facts without any big sales talk. We spend our evenings wrapping up the files and planning for the next morning.
