People often ask why we ended up here in Patia at 372/4264 (P) KH NO-493/120. To be honest, it just made sense for the work we do. Buildjoy Construction Private Limited isn’t some massive conglomerate with shiny towers. We are just a group of people who know how to put things together. The office gets a bit dusty because we are always moving from one site to another. You’ll usually find a few of us looking over blueprints or arguing about where the truck is. Patia is growing fast and there is always something to fix or build. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the schedule for the day. It is not always smooth. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery doesn't show up when it should. We just deal with it as it comes. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. The walls of our small space are covered with notes and some old calendars. We don’t have a receptionist or fancy furniture because we’d rather spend that money on better tools for the job. If you walk by, you might hear the sound of the fan clicking. That is just how we operate. We have been here for a while now and know the local area pretty well. It is a simple setup for a simple goal of getting the buildings up and keeping things moving.
