Build Wagon (OPC) Private Limited is run by just one person, mostly, and we are based at the house of Prafulla Biswal in Badatangi. It's on some government land in that area of Bhubaneswar. Being in the 751022 zip code of Khorda, Orissa, we are a bit on the edge of the main city. It's a humble setup, not a big office building with elevators. We do our work from here, keeping things very local and personal. It’s a One Person Company, so you’re always dealing with the same people. There isn't any corporate layer to go through. We handle our construction and supply tasks right from this spot in Badatangi. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we make it work. It’s a real home-based operation where the lines between work and life get a bit blurred. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. It’s more like sitting in a living room and talking about projects over a glass of water. We’ve been part of the Orissa community for a while and like the quietness of Badatangi. It allows us to focus on the actual work instead of the appearance of being a big company. We are just practical people doing what we know how to do. It’s simple, it’s local, and it works for us.
