It’s in the 751007 part of Bhubaneswar-Khordha. We run Brit Cafe from here. It’s not a giant franchise or anything like that. It’s just our little spot where we do our business. The area around Sahid Nagar is always buzzing with people, which we really enjoy. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate chain. We just want to serve good stuff and have a place where people feel okay coming in. The building is pretty standard for this part of Orissa. We spend a lot of time here making sure everything is ready for the day. It’s a lot of work running a cafe and the business side that goes with it, but we enjoy the pace. We don't have a big mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
