This means our daily routine is tied to the catch of the day and the timing of the refrigerated trucks. It’s a fast-paced business because nothing stays fresh forever. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we manage the logistics of the fish trade. We don't have time for corporate meetings or long-term strategy sessions. Most of our time is spent making sure the temperature in the storage is right and the deliveries are on schedule.
