Bhuvan Pride Private Limited is tucked away in the Dumduma Housing Colony, specifically at Plot No: L/1373 in Phase II. Being over here in Khandagiri, we are right in the middle of things in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy residential area. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. Our work mostly involves local housing and small developments. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of mud, heavy lifting, and arguing with suppliers about prices. We keep our office here because it’s close to where most of our projects are. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches here. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and what we can actually do. Sometimes we have to say no if we’re too backed up. The team is just a handful of guys who know how to build. We’ve all been through the heat and the rain together. It’s a regular life. We wake up, go to the site, see what the problems are, and try to fix them. Some days are better than others. Being in Khordha means we know the local rules and the people. We’re just another business in the colony, trying to do right by the folks who hire us. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. There is usually someone around the plot if you need to ask a question about a project.
