Benudhar Pradhan Constructions Private Limited is based out of Kalinga Nagar. We are up on the 3rd floor of Mahadev Homes, in Flat No.-302. Working from a flat on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the surrounding area, but mostly we are just looking at paperwork and schedules. Kalinga Nagar is a growing part of the city and being at Mahadev Homes puts us right in the middle of it. We are a construction company, so our lives mostly revolve around cement, sand, and labor management. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the various sites we are working on. Some days the elevator in the building is slow and we just have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It's just Flat 302 where we do the planning and the phone calls. Construction is a tough business and you have to be ready for things to go wrong sometimes. We’ve been in this industry for a while and we know how it goes. The Mahadev Homes location is where we keep all our records and meet with our small team. It’s a simple setup for a straightforward construction business. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep everything moving along. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. We usually start our day early to beat the heat. Sometimes we order lunch together.
