BDSHO Engineering and Constructions operates from Plot No 405/3304 in Oscar City, which is down by the canal road in the Kalpana-2 area of Bhubaneswar. We are based at Nihar Ranjan Ray’s place. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a glass-fronted office in a skyscraper; we work from right here in the neighborhood. We handle engineering and construction projects across Khordha. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers or checking on the progress of various sites. The canal road area can be quite busy, but it’s a good spot for us to be located. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy industry jargon. We just talk about things in a way that makes sense to everyone involved. Engineering can be complicated, but we try to keep the practical side of it simple. Sometimes we stay late at the office trying to get the numbers right or finishing up a drawing. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen how much the city has changed. There is always something being built in Bhubaneswar. We just try to do our part in that process. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, see what needs to be done, and then we go out and do it. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
