At Bdr Nirman Private Limited, we handle construction and building work from our office in Jharapada. We are located at Plot No. 686/2884. It’s a typical Bhubaneswar neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done and meet with people. We aren't really into using big words or making empty promises. Our focus is just on the bricks and mortar side of things. Most days involve a lot of time spent out at various sites, so the office is mainly for the paperwork and the planning stages. We are a small team and we like to keep things that way. It allows us to know exactly what’s happening with every job we take on. Jharapada is a good place to be based because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on doing our work and letting people see the results for themselves. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are long, but that’s just how the building trade is. We’re proud to be a local business in the Khordha area. We aren't looking to be the biggest company around, just one that people know they can talk to directly without going through layers of management.
