We are located at Plot No A/303 in Sahid Nagar, right here in Bhubaneswar. Being in Khordha means we are pretty much in the middle of everything. Bdp Homestead Private Limited is where we handle all the talk about houses and land. The office gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the files and maps we have lying around. Sahid Nagar is a lively area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly focus on helping people find a place to settle down. It is not always easy because people have a lot of questions about where they should live. We just try to give them straight answers based on what we know about the local area. Some days we are out looking at plots and other days we are just here drinking tea and waiting for clients to stop by. We have been in Orissa for a long time, so we know how the system works here. It’s a small team of us working together. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a local business trying to make things work. Sometimes the traffic in Bhubaneswar makes it hard to get to appointments on time, but we manage. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, and being part of the housing side of things gives us a front-row seat to all that growth.
