We operate out of the Mancheswar Industrial Estate in Bhubaneswar. Our space is at Plot No-S-2, specifically in sheds 42, 43, and 44. Being in an industrial zone means it is always busy and a bit noisy with all the trucks coming and going. The sheds are big and give us the room we need for our food processing lines. It gets really hot in there during the summer, but we just open the big doors and keep moving. Our workers come in from all over Khordha to get the shift started. We don't have a reception area with flowers or a front desk person. Usually, if someone needs us, they just walk into the main shed and ask for whoever is in charge. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We handle a lot of different food products, and the inventory changes every week. The floors are concrete and we have to wash them down a lot to keep things right. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie. We’re mostly in boots and aprons. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours fixing them, but that's just part of the deal. We stay focused on the daily production count. It's a straightforward business, and we just try to keep the supply moving to the local markets. It is tough work, but it pays the bills for everyone.
