Barsanewari Estates Private Limited is located at LIG - S- 2/602 603 in the BDA Phase-II colony of Chandrasekhar Pur. It’s an older residential area, and our office fits right into the neighborhood. We are on the second floor, and it feels more like a home than a corporate space. There’s a lot of paper moving across the desks because estate work involves a massive amount of documentation. Chandrasekhar Pur is a nice, green part of the city, but it can get quite busy during the morning commute. We spend our time managing properties and helping people figure out the local housing market. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing. We keep things pretty informal around here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or lease agreements. The space is a bit tight with all the files we have to keep, but it works for what we need. We’ve been around this part of Bhubaneswar for a while, so we know the local streets and the people living here pretty well. It’s a practical business. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on the houses and land in the BDA area and try to make sure everything stays on track for our clients without any unnecessary drama.
