Astang Ayurveda

We set up Astang Ayurveda here at Plot No-Mig-43 in the Pokhariput BDA Colony a while back. It’s a quiet enough area most days, being in Phase-1 of the colony. If you walk around the neighborhood, you'll see a lot of families and folks just going about their business. Inside our place, it usually smells like dried herbs and oils. That’s just part of the job when you deal with traditional stuff. We spend a lot of time sorting through different plants and making sure we have what people are looking for. It’s not a big corporate hospital or anything like that. It’s just a small space where we can talk to people and figure out what might help them feel a bit better. Sometimes the waiting area gets a little cramped if a few people show up at once. We don't really do the whole fancy decorations thing. It’s more about the practical side of things here. I spend a lot of my day talking to neighbors who drop in with various aches or just to see what’s new. Living and working in the same colony makes it feel very local. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in this MIG plot. It’s a simple life, really. We open the doors, check our supplies, and wait for the next person to knock. It’s nice being part of the Pokhariput community.
