Assurance Metalloyd Exim Private Limited is up on the third floor of the Saisumancomplex, which some people also call the Sai Anamdam Apartment. We are in Flat No. H-3, right near the Infocity police station in the Patia area. Working out of an apartment complex is a bit different than being in a traditional office building. It feels a bit more personal, and you have to take the stairs or the lift every time you need to grab something from outside. Being near Infocity means there are always people moving around the neighborhood. Inside our flat, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. We have computers set up in what would be the living room and files stored in the side rooms. It is a quiet place to work, which is good for looking over contracts and shipping details. We do not have any big signs outside on the street, so you have to know which floor to go to. The small balcony gives us a little bit of fresh air when we need a break from looking at the screens. We do a lot of our business over the phone and email from this spot in Patia. It is a practical way to run an exim business without paying for a giant warehouse space we do not really need. We just focus on the logistics and the trade stuff from our desks.
