Ashutosh Nirman is located at Plot No-3676 in Prachi Vihar, which is right by Rasulgarh. It’s a very busy part of Bhubaneswar because of the Mancheswar industrial area nearby. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks moving around, but we have gotten used to it. Our work is all about construction, so being in a place that is constantly growing makes sense for us. The office is just a simple building where we keep our blueprints and have our meetings. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big marketing team. It is just a few of us who have been working in the construction line for a while. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various sites we are managing. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things done, especially when the monsoon rains start and everything turns to mud. But we just keep at it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that is usually where we talk about the day's plans. It’s a practical way of doing things. We have been in Prachi Vihar for some time now and we like being part of the local community. Most of the people here are just trying to build something for themselves, and we are doing the same. It is a lot of hard work but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and focus on the job.
