Arpina Reality Private Limited

Arpina Reality Private Limited is based out of Plot No 61/3103 in the Patrapada area. This part of Kalinga Nagar has changed a lot lately, and being near the Tamando and Ghatikia police stations means we are right in the thick of the new developments. The office is a simple place. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of binders filled with land records and site plans. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of glass and chrome. We prefer it that way. Most of our work involves walking through fields or checking on construction progress around the outskirts of the city. The road to the office can be a bit bumpy depending on the weather, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen Patrapada grow from almost nothing into a busy hub. Dealing with reality and property means a lot of patience and a lot of talking to different people every day. Sometimes things move slow with the paperwork, and other times it is a total rush. We just take it as it comes. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking on the site workers. We don't have any fancy titles, just people trying to get the job done right.
