Arka Real Infra Private Limited is situated in Sriram Nagar at Plot No-955. This is in the 751002 area of Bhubaneswar-Khordha. We do a lot of infrastructure work, which basically means we spend our time thinking about things like roads, drainage pipes, and foundations. Our office at Plot 955 is where we keep all our tools, measuring equipment, and physical records. It’s not a very fancy place to look at, just some simple desks and a whole lot of paper. Sriram Nagar is a decent, quiet place to work from. We have been established here for a good amount of time now. Working in the infrastructure sector means you are always dealing with the ground and the unpredictable weather. If it rains too much in the monsoon, everything on site has to stop. We have to coordinate with a lot of different suppliers to get even one small project finished. It can be quite frustrating when things don't go according to the original plan, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. Most of our staff are local people who know exactly how to get things done in the Bhubaneswar area. We don't have a big marketing department or any sales people. We just do the daily work and hope the quality of the projects speaks for itself. The traffic around this part of town can be a bit much in the evenings. We just focus on our plots and our work.
