Down in Patrapada, near the AIIMS hospital, you’ll find our office at Plot No. 278/3181, Lane-7. It’s a growing part of the city, and being in AIIMS Nagar means there’s always something happening. Ariscon Estates Private Limited is basically just us working out of this spot, trying to keep up with the demand for property in this neighborhood. The lane can get a bit narrow, and sometimes it’s hard to find for the first time, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the way. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. Our walls are covered more with schedules and site plans than decorations. We spend our days talking to people who are moving to the area or looking to invest in some land. It’s a lot of walking around, checking boundaries, and making sure the titles are clear. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Orissa; we just want to do our work and go home. Sometimes the heat in Patrapada makes it tough to be out on sites all day, but we've gotten used to it. We don’t use scripts when we talk to clients. We just tell them what we know about the plots and what the current prices are like. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work for us and the people who come to see us in Lane-7. We hope to stay right here for a long time.
