We are located right near Sum Hospital in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy area in Sampur. Durga Madhav Nagar has grown a lot lately. Our office is at House No 788/1350/1668 on Road No-3. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We started Aran Buildtech because there was so much building happening in this part of Khordha. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the demand. Every day is a mix of phone calls and site visits. We deal with a lot of different people, from truck drivers to architects. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s mostly just a practical space where we get things done. Building in a city like Bhubaneswar has its own set of challenges, like traffic and tight spaces. We’ve learned to deal with it over the years. Most of our crew has been with us for a while. They know how we like things done. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just want to get the structures up and move on to the next one. It’s how we make our living. People around 751003 see us out there every day. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the neighborhood. Construction is a messy business but it's rewarding when the walls finally go up. We just keep our heads down and work.
