ARADHYA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over at Plot No- 44/1879 in Sarala Nagar, which is in the Laxmisagar area near Budheswari. Aradhya Construction Services is basically what we do every day. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group of people who know how to build things. The office is in a part of Bhubaneswar that feels very lived-in. You have homes and small shops all around us. We have a couple of desks and a big table where we spread out our drawings and plans. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. Laxmisagar is a busy place, and we are often out on the road visiting different construction sites across the city. We spend a lot of time dealing with permits and checking on how the work is progressing. It’s not always easy, especially when the summer heat hits Orissa and everything slows down. We try to stay organized, but there is always some paperwork that needs finishing or a phone call that needs to be made. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just focus on showing up and doing what we said we would do. Our neighbors in Sarala Nagar are good people, and we like being part of this community. It’s a regular job and we do our best with it. Nothing more to it, really.
