We are located in the Badagada BRIT Colony in Bhubaneswar. Our office is at Holding No. 239 in Pada Sahi, which is actually Sanatan Patra’s house. Working from a residential area like this keeps us very connected to the local neighborhood. We are developers, and we spend our time working on various property projects across the Khordha area. It is a lot of coordination between land owners, workers, and the local authorities. Our space is usually filled with papers, blueprints, and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't have a polished corporate image because we are too busy actually doing the work. Badagada is a lively area, and we have been here long enough to know how things work. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just look at a project, see what it needs, and then get to work. Sometimes there are problems with paperwork or delays at the site, which can be a headache. But we just deal with them as they come. People usually come to us because they want someone local who understands the area. We try to be straightforward and keep things moving as best as we can. It is a busy job with a lot of moving parts, but we enjoy the challenge of seeing a project through from the beginning to the end.
