We are Alaranath Projects and Planning Private Limited. Our office is located at Hrusikesh Dash’s place, specifically at Plot No-179/696, Dup-2 in the Pristine Green area. This is in Dumduma, right near Khandagiri in Bhubaneswar. We are a local firm that focuses on planning and managing various projects. The office isn't some big glass tower. It’s a more personal setup within a residential-style complex. We think this helps us stay grounded and connected to the community here in Khordha. We aren't about using fancy corporate talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of planning out projects and seeing them through. Most of our day is spent looking at maps, sketches, and legal documents to make sure everything is in order. It’s detailed work and it can be a bit slow at times, but we like to be thorough. Pristine Green is a nice, quiet spot which is good for the kind of focused work we do. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We don't bother with much advertising. We just try to do a good job and keep our heads down. It’s a simple business model, but it’s one that works for us. We’re just local people trying to make a living by helping with the planning side of things in our city.
