We are located at Plot No-100/3169. It is part of Sub Plot-1 A in the Shreya Palace building over in Patrapada. Akb Construction And Consultancy Services Private Limited is the name we use for everything. It is a busy little spot to work from. We do a variety of things here, some of it is actual building work and some of it is just sitting down with people to go over their plans. Patrapada has changed quite a lot since we first moved in. There are so many more houses and little shops than there used to be years ago. Our office is tucked away inside Shreya Palace, so you have to keep an eye out for the door. It isn't a big corporate setup with a receptionist, just a practical space where we can work. We have desks covered in drawings and folders all over the place. It looks like a place where people actually do work, because that is what we do all day. We don't worry about keeping things perfectly tidy if we are in the middle of a big project. People in this part of town know us well enough by now. We try to keep things simple. If a job needs to get done, we just figure out the best way to do it. The consultancy side means we spend time explaining things to folks. It’s a good balance for us and the commute is manageable.
