Adishilpi Infracon Private Limited

Our office is tucked away on Plot No. 1512/4444 in the Chintamaniswar area. Bhubaneswar is getting bigger every day, and we see it from our windows. Adishilpi Infracon Private Limited is just a small team trying to stay on top of the local building scene. The temple nearby brings in a lot of people, so the streets are rarely quiet. We spend our mornings checking emails and talking to site supervisors. It’s a lot of coordination. The Khordha sun can be brutal in May, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the computers. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace filled with blueprints and old files. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local stalls nearby. The food is good and keeps us going. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the supplies get where they need to go. It isn’t always easy, especially when there are delays with materials. We just deal with problems as they pop up. Most of the guys here have been working in construction for years. We know how things work in this town. It's a steady life and we keep busy with whatever projects come our way. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work gets finished properly and the clients are okay with the results we provide.
