We are located at House Number 243 in Podasahi, Badagada. It is right here in Bhubaneswar. Most people around Khordha know the area pretty well. We are AD-LIB DEVCON PRIVATE LIMITED. It is just a regular office where we handle our daily work. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space. We spend most of our time dealing with development projects and making sure things move along. Sometimes things get a little chaotic with all the planning, but we manage. My team and I have been at this for a bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do honest work. If you walk by Badagada, you might see us coming and going. The weather in Orissa can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We deal with various construction tasks. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We have our fair share of long days. There isn't any fancy secret to how we operate. We just wake up, head to the office, and see what needs fixing or building that day. It feels good to see projects actually get finished after months of staring at drawings. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while. It’s a decent place to be based. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever comes our way.
