We operate out of Hi-Tech Plaza in the Madhipur area. Our specific spot is Flat No-5/C1-02. It is a bit different being in a plaza compared to a standalone plot, but it works well for us. At ABPS PROPERTIES AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED, we handle a lot of property matters and building projects around Bhubaneswar and the rest of Khordha. Usually, the mornings are spent checking emails and then we head out to different project sites. The traffic around Madhipur can be a bit much, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we wanted to help locals find decent places to live or build their own homes. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about a property, we just show them the papers and take them to see the land. We’ve had all sorts of weather to deal with lately, which always slows down the masonry work. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We handle everything from the initial foundation work to the final finishing bits. Sometimes we are working late into the evening if a delivery is delayed. It is just the way construction is. We have been in this industry for a bit and we know most of the suppliers in the area. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and they can just drop by the office whenever they have a question.
