Abjena Homes Private Limited is located at Plot No-516/1676 in the Sampark Viharpatia area. We are specifically situated at Sub-19. It can be a bit tricky to find our front door if you don't know the way, but we are just at the back side of the HDFC Bank. That’s the easiest landmark for everyone to use. We work on residential projects all around the Patia area. It’s a fast-growing part of the city and there is always something being built nearby. We spend our days dealing with cement, bricks, and trying to keep the labor schedules on track. It’s not always the most glamorous work and sometimes there are big problems with the supply chain or the workers don't show up on time. We just deal with those issues as they come up. Our office stays pretty busy with people coming in and out through the day. We have a lot of local maps and site plans pinned up on the walls. Patia has become so crowded lately that getting from one site to another takes much longer than it used to. We try to keep our house projects moving but these things always take time. We don't use any fancy computer systems, just basic planning and a lot of actual site visits. Being behind the bank is actually quite quiet compared to the main road. We started this because we knew the area well. It’s just us here, trying to get the homes finished.
