ABAX Consultants and Facilitators Private Limited is based out of Plot No-482 in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. Nayapalli is a busy spot, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Our office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s just a practical space for us to do our consulting and facilitating work. Most of the time, we are busy with paperwork or meeting with folks who need our help. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. The weather in Orissa can be quite hot, so we spend a lot of our time inside where it's a bit cooler. We are a small team of local people, and we like it that way. We don’t have a massive corporate structure. If something needs to be done, we just do it. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth in the Khordha district. We’ve been at this for a while now and have become part of the local business community in Nayapalli. It’s a straightforward operation with no frills. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much all there is to it when you are running a business like this one.
