We’ve been running things here at Plot No-61 in Bapuji Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Lane No-4, and if you know this part of Bhubaneswar, you know how the traffic gets during the day. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the engineering work done and keep our files in order. Most days, we’re out on-site or dealing with blueprints and planning. It gets pretty hot in Khordha during the summer months, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we figure out the next steps for whatever project is on the table. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. People come in, we talk about the work, and then we get to it. Some of the guys have been with us since the start, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We started Aadavan Engicon because we knew the area and there was plenty of building to do. It’s hard work, and sometimes the paperwork piles up more than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a local business. We try to stay organized, even when things get chaotic with multiple jobs running at once. You can usually find someone at the office during normal hours, unless we're all out at a site. It’s just us, working away in Bhubaneswar, trying to stay on top of things day by day.
