We are located in Flat 401 of Santi Nivas, right there on the busy Cuttack Road in Odisha. If you’ve ever driven down that stretch, you know it can get pretty loud with all the traffic. Up here in the flat, it’s a bit quieter, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. We’ve turned a regular apartment into our workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a living room filled with desks and old filing cabinets. We aren't a big corporate entity. We are just a few people working out of a fourth-floor space. The elevator works most of the time, which is a plus. We spend our days looking at paperwork and talking to people who come by for help. Being on Cuttack Road means we are easy to find, even if the building itself looks like every other apartment block on the street. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local shops and the people who run them. Our office isn't decorated by some professional; it’s just got what we need to get the job done. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. It’s a practical place for practical work. We like the energy of the city being right outside our window while we focus on our daily tasks.
