Y.B. Construction

Y.B. Construction is located at Plot No N-4/321F in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Our pincode is 751015. This is where we do all our planning and administrative work for the different projects we have going on. Bhubaneswar is a city that is growing very fast, and our office is right in the middle of that development. The space we have is quite plain. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people come to visit, and lots of papers spread out everywhere. We don't believe in spending a lot of money on making the office look fancy because we are usually out on the field anyway. Being at Plot No N-4/321F makes it easy for our suppliers to find us and drop off materials or documents. We have been in this spot for a while and it has become our second home. The neighborhood is a mix of other businesses and some residential houses, so there is always a bit of life on the street. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on the construction work and making sure we have enough materials for the next day. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, but we just turn on the fans and keep going. It is a very practical way to run a construction business, and we prefer keeping things simple and direct with everyone we meet.
