XENROCK CONSULTING LLP

Xenrock Consulting LLP is based at Plot N2/103 in the IRC Village area of Nayapalli. We’re right here in Bhubaneswar, part of the Khorda district. Our office is a straightforward setup. We didn't spend much on decorating because we’re usually too busy with work to notice what’s on the walls. It’s a functional space with enough room for our small team to sit and discuss projects. We do consulting, which mostly means we listen to people’s problems and try to find a way through them using what we know. There are no fancy titles used around here. We’re just workers who have been in this industry for a while. IRC Village has a specific feel to it, a bit more settled than the newer parts of the city. We like that. It feels like we are part of a real neighborhood. Sometimes we go out for a walk during lunch just to clear our heads. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old folders, but we have a system that works. We don't have a website with moving graphics or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It’s a basic, honest way to run a consultancy, and it’s served us well so far. We show up, we work, and we go home. It is not complicated, and we prefer to keep it that way.
