Vedanta Aluminum Limited

We are based at Plot No-1026 A in Chandimata Colony, which is right in the Rasulgarh area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in a colony like Chandimata means we are surrounded by a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office for Vedanta Aluminum Limited here is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. Rasulgarh is a major hub, so there is always a lot of traffic nearby, but inside the colony, it’s a bit more settled. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk near the door, probably drinking a cup of coffee and looking over some logistics sheets. The building is a standard Orissa construction, solid and functional. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We handle a lot of the administrative heavy lifting for the region from this spot. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls to the main sites. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some safety notices we’ve pinned up over the years. We like the convenience of being in Bhubaneswar, as it makes getting supplies and meeting people a lot easier. It’s a practical office for a practical job, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep the records moving and the computers humming along.
