Vedanta Aluminium Ltd

We have been based here at Vedanta Aluminium Ltd for a while now. If you are looking for us, we are right at P K Panigrahi’s place, Quarter No Vi/A, down in Unit-1 in Bhubaneswar. It’s a pretty central spot, really. The area gets quite busy during the day with all the traffic and people moving around the government quarters. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We usually have tea from the stall around the corner while we wait for things to pick up. Most of us here have lived in Odisha for a long time, so we know the neighborhood well. It is nice being in Unit-1 because you can find almost anything you need within walking distance. We do not really have a big reception desk or anything formal. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to talk to you. We mostly deal with the day-to-day paperwork and checking on the aluminium shipments. It is quiet enough inside despite the noise from the main road. Anyway, we have been at 751009 for long enough that the postman does not even have to look at the gate anymore. It is just home for the business now.
