Travel Diamond is tucked away in the BDA Market Complex, specifically at Shop No 18. We are in Nilakantha Nagar, which is part of the Nayapalli area. If you are familiar with the neighborhood, we are quite near Debroy College. Being in a market complex means there’s always something going on around us. People are constantly walking by on their way to other shops or the college. We handle travel bookings and tours, so our office is usually full of papers and ticket printouts. It’s a practical space, not one of those shiny places you see in malls. We’ve got a couple of computers and a phone that stays busy. Nayapalli is a crowded area of Bhubaneshwar, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but people still find their way to us. We enjoy the energy of being near the college. We see a lot of students and families who live in the 751012 zip code. It’s honest work, helping people get their travel plans sorted without making it too complicated. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us here in the shop, answering questions and making calls. The tea stall nearby keeps us going through the afternoon. We’ve been in this market complex for a good number of years and have seen many shops come and go, but we are still here doing our thing.
