Total Logistics India Pvt.Ltd is set up inside the Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd premises. We are at 178/A, Zone-B in the M.Ind.Estate in Bhubaneswar, pin code 751010. It is a very industrial area, so there are always sounds of machinery and trucks in the background. Our office is more like a functional hub than a corporate headquarters. We have got desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a few chairs for visitors. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some maps pinned up to help us visualize the routes. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy focusing on the logistics side of things. Most of our staff have been in this industry for years and they know the local roads like the back of their hands. We don't have any scripted ways of talking to people. If you call us, you are just talking to a person who is sitting at a desk trying to coordinate a delivery. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to keep our heads. We like being part of the industrial estate because it feels like we are right in the middle of where things are actually happening. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to spend the day. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes in.
