We’ve got our office at Plot 35 in Surya Nagar. It’s a decent-sized space where we do all our drawing and planning work. Most days, the tables are completely covered in sketches and there’s always someone looking for a lost pencil or a specific ruler. We started out small and just stayed in this neighborhood because it’s easy for people to find us. There isn't much to say about the office itself; it's just a place with enough light and space to see what we're doing on the paper. People come to us when they have a bit of land and a rough idea of what they want to build. We listen, take some notes, and then try to put those ideas onto paper so the builders have something clear to follow. Sometimes it’s a whole house, and other times it’s just a small shop layout for a local business. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing words. If a wall is in the wrong place, we just say it. Surya Nagar has grown a lot since we first set up here at Plot 35. You see new structures popping up every month. We spend a fair bit of time out of the office too, visiting sites to make sure the concrete is poured right and the pillars are where they should be. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to the workers. We just want to make sure the building stands up straight.
