Tata Steel Limited

Our office is in Bhubaneswar, specifically at L-646, Dumduma Hb Colony, 2nd Phase. That’s in the Khurda district of Orissa, pin 751019. It’s a residential colony, so the vibe is very much about the local neighborhood. We represent Tata Steel Limited from this address. It’s a simple building in a row of others. There’s nothing about it that screams "big company." Inside, it’s just us and our desks. We have some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few computers that keep us busy. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every hour; we just keep things tidy ourselves. It’s an honest, plain workspace. We spend our time dealing with the requirements of the job, whether it’s checking logs or answering the phone. The street outside is usually quiet, except when kids are playing or neighbors are out talking. It’s a nice change from the loud industrial areas. We aren't trying to be anything special. We’re just here to work and get through the day's tasks. The weather can get quite hot in Bhubaneswar, so the fans are always on. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we mostly bring our own tiffins. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being part of the Dumduma community while we do our jobs.
