SWAN Design Studio

Our spot is on Plot 269, along Barabari Road in the Khandagiri area. Most people around here just call it Jagamara. We are quite close to the Ram Mandir, so you can often hear the bells if you are standing outside in the evening. The street out front is usually lined with bikes and people heading to the small shops nearby. At SWAN Design Studio, the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. It’s more about sitting around the big table and trying to figure out where things go on a floor plan. The office itself is a bit cluttered, to be honest. There are always rolls of paper, pens that have run out of ink, and probably a few half-empty water bottles sitting around. Being in Bhubaneshwar, the heat can get a bit much in the summer, so the air conditioner stays on pretty much all day long. We like being in this part of town because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea when we need a break from the screen. It’s a busy road, and sometimes the traffic noise makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving along without too much unnecessary fuss.
