You can find us at Hatbazar in Jatni. We are part of the Khurda district in Orissa. This place is quite active because of all the industrial work going on. At Suzlon Wind International, we deal with a lot of big components and technical equipment. It isn't the kind of job where you sit still for very long. We are usually out on the floor or checking things at the site. The Orissa heat can be pretty tough, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. Our office in Jatni is pretty basic. It has some old desks and a few cabinets filled with technical manuals and maps. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local area. There is a lot of noise from the nearby market in Hatbazar, which can be distracting sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small crew here, and we all know our roles. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be fixed or moved and we go do it. It’s a lot of coordination with the transport guys. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or on the highway, but that’s just the nature of working with wind energy parts. We just stay patient and keep at it.
