We are a State Government office, so there’s always something to do, mostly involving a lot of documents and records. The building is just a standard plot in Nayapalli, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and shelves full of folders that have been around for a long time. The weather in Bhubaneswar can be quite unpredictable, with heavy rains during the monsoon that make the commute a bit of a mess. We show up in the morning, grab some water, and start tackling whatever is on the desk. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s just a bunch of people working together to get the government’s business finished. We have our regulars who come in for different things, and we try to help them out as quickly as the system allows. It can be a bit slow sometimes, especially when there’s a lot of red tape, but that’s just how it goes. We usually take a break in the afternoon to have some tea and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a plain, honest kind of workplace where we just do our bit every day until it’s time to go home. We don't really have any big plans, just finishing what's in front of us.
