Our shop is at Plot No-156 in Bapuji Nagar. We’ve been here for quite a while now, right in the thick of things in Bhubaneshwar. It’s a telecom service place, so we deal with all sorts of phone-related stuff every day. People come in with broken screens or they need a new SIM card or just a recharge. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at the counter. We don't have a lot of space for fancy displays. Mostly it’s just shelves with accessories and a small workbench where we do some repairs. Bapuji Nagar is a busy area, and there’s always someone stopping by with a question about their mobile bill. We aren't some big chain; it’s just us running the place. Sometimes the work is slow, and we just sit and watch the people go by on the street. Other times, everyone comes in at once and it’s a bit of a scramble to help everyone. We just try to keep things simple and fix what we can. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars who live around here. It’s a plain, honest business. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just stay at our post and help out with the phones. It's what we do.
