Out here in Gashadih, things are a bit quieter than the big city offices. Being based in the Khuradha district means we see a lot of the local landscape every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we manage the Sobha Developers projects for this part of Orissa. We’ve got the pin code 752035 on all our mail, and believe me, we get a lot of it. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the building holds up well. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we know the roads and the neighbors quite well. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on the site progress down the road. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find something else to do that doesn't need a screen. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless someone important is visiting. Usually, it's just comfortable clothes and getting through the pile of tasks on the desk. People drop by without an appointment sometimes, just to see how things are going with the local developments. We just pull up a chair and talk. It’s a simple way of working, focusing on what’s right in front of us without any big fuss. We aren't here to make big speeches, just to handle the daily operations.
