Smruti Travels

Smruti Travels is located at Plot No 169 in Unit 3, Kharvel Nagar. We are quite close to Milan Chwalk Hospital, which is a big landmark in this part of Bhubaneshwar 751001. Because we are near a hospital, we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours. Our office is a straightforward place on the ground floor. We have a few benches for people to wait on and a big desk where we keep all our ledgers and keys. It isn't a modern, high-tech space; it feels more like a traditional local business. The walls are a pale color and have some marks where we’ve leaned chairs against them over the years. We spend a lot of time coordinating drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. The street outside Plot 169 can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a struggle. We have a small radio that plays local news in the background while we work. It’s a bit of a hectic environment sometimes, especially when multiple people need rides at the same time. We don't use any fancy software, just our phones and some notebooks to keep track of everything. It’s the way we’ve always done it. Being in Unit 3 is convenient for us since it’s so central. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things organized despite the constant movement around the hospital area.
