SJD NIRMAN LLP

Our office for SJD NIRMAN LLP is tucked away at Plot No-2124 in the Raghunathpur area of Patia. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main parts of Bhubaneswar, but we have been here for a while and the locals know the spot. We spend most of our mornings dealing with site paperwork or checking on the inventory at Khata-15. It gets pretty humid around here during the summer months, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We are not a giant corporation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle our construction business. Most days involve a lot of phone calls with suppliers and making sure the crews have what they need to keep moving. The Khorda district has seen a lot of changes lately, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We are just one of the many groups trying to stay busy and get the work done right. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon when things get a bit stressful. There is always a lot of dust from the nearby roads, but that is just part of being in this line of work. We keep our files organized at the Patia office and try to stay on top of the local regulations as things evolve in Orissa. It is just a regular workplace where real people come to do their jobs every day without any extra fuss.
