So, this is the Bhubaneswar branch of Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. We are located at Trilochan Bhoi’s place. It’s a quiet enough area in Orissa, zip code 751007. We’ve been set up here for some time now. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a functional space where we handle our local business. Some days are busier than others depending on what projects are moving. You’ll mostly find a couple of us here drinking tea and going through blueprints or site reports. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, you can see new stuff being built everywhere you look, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. It makes it easier to concentrate on the heavy lifting we do in the infrastructure sector. Being at Trilochan Bhoi's makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold corporate office. We don't really do the whole fancy lobby thing. If you come by, you're likely to see piles of files and maybe some muddy boots from the guys coming back from the field. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the logistics and the planning from here. The heat in Orissa can be tough in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s just us, doing our part for the company, making sure things stay on track. No big speeches or anything, just hard work. We stay pretty busy with all the paperwork and local coordination.
