Shivjyothi Projects LLP is located at Plot No. 132 K-3 in the Ghatikia area, which is part of Kalinga Nagar in Bhubaneswar. It is a bit quieter over here compared to the main hub, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We have a modest setup where we manage all the project details and keep track of our teams in the field. Kalinga Nagar is a developing part of the Khorda district, and we have seen a lot of new houses and offices going up around us lately. Our day usually starts early with a round of tea while we go over what needs to be finished. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting in our line of work, so the office is mostly a place to rest and regroup. The walls are covered with some old maps and a few calendars to keep us on schedule. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation; we are just local folks working on projects that matter to the neighborhood. The rain can be a real challenge in Orissa, sometimes slowing down our progress, but we just adapt and keep going. We keep the office doors open when the weather is nice to catch a breeze. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the physical work rather than sitting behind a computer all day long. We just take it one day at a time and do our work.
