Our office is located at Quarter Number Vim-200 in Saileshree Vihar, which is a residential area in Bhubaneswar. We are here care of Mr. B.K. Nayak. Saileshree Vihar is a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice because it lets us focus on the work without too much noise from the city. We deal with the business of ores and mining, so there is always a lot of technical stuff to go through. The office itself is just a regular house that we have adapted for our needs. We have turned the rooms into spaces for filing documents and keeping track of shipments. It is a comfortable environment, and it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office at all. We have a small group of people who have been working together for quite some time. Most of the furniture is stuff we have had for years, and the walls are lined with maps and charts. We don't have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If someone comes by, we just stop what we are doing and talk to them. Bhubaneswar is a growing city, but our little corner of it stays pretty much the same. We spend our days checking the numbers, talking to people at the mine sites, and making sure the logistics for the ores are all lined up. It is a very practical and honest way to run the company, and it has worked well for us so far.
